Responsibilities:
- Assisting in the development and implementation of document and knowledge management strategies.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to identify and address documentation and knowledge gaps.
- Designing and maintaining user-friendly document and knowledge repositories.
- Facilitating training sessions to promote knowledge-sharing best practices.
- Analyzing knowledge usage and metrics to improve knowledge management initiatives.
- Ensuring alignment of knowledge management processes with organizational goals.
- Creating various documents like executive methods, SOPs, and policies.
- Supporting the creation and maintenance of documentation standards and guidelines.
Requirements:
- Good knowledge of business processes, operations, models and structure
- Good ability to use necessary software (Excel, word, etc)
- Having deep knowledge about standards and frameworks such as ISO 9001, EFQM, ITIL and APQC is a must
- Having the perspective on using data to make changes
- Workflow and Process knowledge is necessary
- The ability to use other business process modeling platforms is a plus
- Familiarity with AI concepts and related tools is a plus
