Responsibilities:
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress against strategic goals.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution & Provide recommendations for strategic improvements and innovations.
- Set clear goals and expectations for team members and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Coordinate with market research, data analytics, and process optimization teams to support integrated planning.
- Work closely with the Strategic Planning Department to align commercial goals with organizational objectives.
