Responsibilities:
- Collaborating closely with Hiring Managers to gain a deep understanding of their needs and draft precise job descriptions.
- Proactively and creatively sourcing to find the best candidates through various channels.
- Screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates to evaluate their technical skills and behavioral competencies.
- Managing the negotiation and Job Offer process and supporting the candidate until the final hiring stage.
- Creating and maintaining a positive, professional, and transparent experience for all candidates throughout the process.
- Collaborating in the execution of onboarding processes to help new hires successfully integrate into the organization.
- Acting as one of the main points of contact for employees to answer HR-related questions and concerns.
- Assisting in the fair and constructive management and resolution of interpersonal conflicts and challenges within teams.
- Conducting exit interviews and analyzing their data to identify areas for improvement in the organization.
- Preparing analytical reports on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as time-to-hire and quality-of-hire.
- Creating and developing a talent pipeline for key future job positions.
Requirements: 
- At least a Bachelor’s degree in Management (Human Resources), Psychology, Social Sciences, or other related fields.
- At least 2 years of work experience in Human Resources, a significant portion of which has been specialized in Talent Acquisition.
- Proven and demonstrable success in recruiting for roles that require strong communication skills, persuasiveness, and a high degree of result-orientation is mandatory.
- Mastery of modern recruitment processes and interview techniques (such as competency-based interviews).
- Proficiency in sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with candidates and employees at various levels.
- High emotional intelligence and the ability to problem-solve and manage conflict.
- A results-oriented approach and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- A high level of accountability, integrity, and confidentiality in handling information.
- The ability to work effectively in a team while also being independent in carrying out duties.
