Responsibilities:
- Translate business priorities into data initiatives and ensure organizational alignment around execution.
- Collaborate with Managers to identify high-impact opportunities.
- Review major data initiatives and provide guidance on prioritization, technical trade-offs, and resource allocation.
- Support organizational planning, workforce planning, budgeting, and capability development across the Data function.
- Partner with the Director of Data in defining and executing the data organization’s strategy.
- Drive alignment across Data Science, Data Analytics, and Machine Learning teams.
- Participate in technical and architectural discussions to ensure scalable and sustainable solutions.
- Represent the Data Function in leadership and business forums.
- Drive adoption of best practices across analytics, machine learning, experimentation, and data-driven decision-making.
Requirements:
- Previous experience leading technical teams or managing technical leaders.
- Strong business acumen and ability to connect technical initiatives to measurable business outcomes.
- General understanding of Data Analytics, Machine Learning, Data Science, and modern data ecosystems.
- Ability to engage in architectural and technical discussions with senior engineers and technical leaders.
- Experience operating in fast-paced technology organizations.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
