Responsibilities:
- Facilitate vendor onboarding process
- Create and maintain Close relationships and communication with KA Vendors as the main
contact person - Having the responsibility of reaching Key Account vendors to their order targets
- Creating Monthly Plans to improve Sales performance of Key Account Vendors
- Continuous monitoring and analysis of Key Account vendors’ performance and sharing insight for them
in order to improve performance. - Pushing Key Account vendors for promotion participation and offering deals
- Continuous checking of Key Account vendor operational KPIs and assist vendors to improve them
Requirements:
- Exceptional software skills and knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
- Problem Solving Skills Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining
sharp attention to detail - Critical thinking
- Conflict resolution skills and social perceptiveness
