Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.
- Collaborate with management to execute recruitment, onboarding and training initiatives, and internal mobility.
- Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to ensure a diverse pool of qualified applicants.
- Leading the recruitment process, from initial application to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Have active collaboration in Assessing and identifying organizational trends, issues, needs, and challenges that impact effectiveness to prioritize POD Projects
- Document and record the training history of all employees aiming to use in planning further training programs and other POD processes like talent management and career path or succession management.
- Organize and coordinate internal events and activities that foster team bonding and morale.
- Oversee the onboarding process for new hires and develop training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Design and execute initiatives that improve employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention
Requirements:
- At least Bachelor’s degree in Management or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience as an HR Generalist or similar HR role.
- Experience in the tech or food industry is a plus.
- Knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
- Proficiency in HRIS software and MS Office suite.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR analytics.
