Responsibilities:

•    Help third-party companies and vendors to integrate using our API sets.
•    Test and review API sets to ensure all third-party vendors’ requirements are met and working correctly.
•    Support integrated third-party companies and vendors with their product, tech, and integration issues.
•    Keep third-parties update about latest changes and make sure they completely understand our new features or rules.
•    Report, communicate and follow up on issues with the relevant teams until the desired results are achieved.
•    Collaborate with all involved teams to ensure issues are addressed promptly.
•    Report and follow up recurring issues periodically with relevant squads and stakeholders.
•    Follow up with stakeholders to resolve issues promptly.
•    Report internal or external bugs and errors to relevant people and teams.
•    Provide reports, feedback, and suggestions to the team manager.

Requirements:

•    At least a bachelor’s degree in IT management, computer engineering, or other relevant majors.
•    At least 2 year of experience in Product Support or the same positions.
•    Familiar with snappfood products and their features to enhance interaction and understanding of product issues.
•    Experience with agile methodologies and relevant tools like Jira and Confluence.
•    Familiar with APIs and experienced using API test tools like postman etc.
•    Familiar with databases and SQL queries.
•    Good knowledge of http protocol and computer networks.
•    Problem-Solving attitude and analytical thinking skills.
•    Facing issues with a keen eye and detail-oriented insight.
•    Passionate and patient in performing tasks.
•    Time management and multitasking ability.
•    Strong self-confidence and crisis management.
