Responsibilities:
• Collect and analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and trends
• Identify patterns and trends in data and provide actionable recommendations to improve business performance
• Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports for regular data analysis and reporting
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions
• Clean, validate, and transform data to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify areas for improvement and optimization
• Perform statistical analysis, data mining, and predictive modeling to support decision-making processes
• Develop and implement data quality assurance strategies to ensure data integrity
• Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices in data analysis and reporting
• Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
Requirements:
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in data analysis or a related field
• Proficiency in using data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, or SAS
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Excel
• Familiarity with database management systems and data warehousing concepts
• Knowledge of statistical techniques and machine learning algorithms
• Experience in working with large datasets and data cleaning/validation techniques
• Proficient in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or SAS
• Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Excel
• Experience with statistical analysis, data mining, and predictive modeling techniques
• Knowledge of database management systems (e.g., MySQL, Oracle) and data warehousing concepts
• Understanding of data cleaning, transformation, and validation techniques
• Ability to work with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or Hive
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and their data services
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or Economics. A master’s degree is preferred
