Responsibilities:
- Collect and analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and trends
- Identify patterns and trends in data and provide actionable recommendations to improve business performance
- Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports for regular data analysis and reporting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions
- Clean, validate, and transform data to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify areas for improvement and optimization
- Perform statistical analysis, data mining, and predictive modeling to support decision-making processes
- Develop and implement data quality assurance strategies to ensure data integrity
- Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices in data analysis and reporting
- Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or Economics. A master’s degree is preferred
- Proficiency in using data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, or SAS
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Excel
- Ability to work with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or Hive
- Knowledge of statistical techniques and machine learning algorithms
- Experience in working with large datasets and data cleaning/validation techniques
- Proficient in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis
- Experience with statistical analysis, data mining, and predictive modeling techniques
- Knowledge of database management systems (e.g., MySQL, Oracle) and data warehousing concepts
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and their data services
