Responsibilities:

  • Creating and delivering a robust strategy for aligning and integrating our products and platforms, focusing on driving long-term digital advertising growth. 
  • Taking the leadership role within the Digital Ad Operations team, encouraging all team members to take an integrated mindset when approaching projects or campaigns.
  • Manage and lead the Ad Platforms and Product teams and support the Commercial Performance & Technology Director on vital transformational projects.
  • Prioritize development tasks with the key P&T teams, such as Ads & Privacy and Spark (branded content publishing).
  • Managed product portfolio, ensuring they are technically and commercially aligned and making cases for further investment when needed.
  • Taking complete ownership of all the  Ad Platforms, ensuring they work towards our commercial goals.
  • Reviewing supply and demand regularly, ensuring that the FT is set up to achieve annual revenue goals.
  • Ensure adequate funding is secured for the right areas of development.
  • Creating business cases for crucial funding dates ensures the team is resourced to achieve the department’s goals.
  • Ensure the requirements of key stakeholders for each project are captured and achieved. Depending on the project, this will include Sales, Operations, Advertisers, and Media agencies.
  • Work closely with BI, delivery, CRM, and other related teams to help translate product ideas into efficient workflow solutions. 
  • Analyzing trends, new ad tech, and research studies within the media landscape to ensure that the FT is taking advantage of new opportunities.

 

Requirements:

  • At least a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field or having equivalent relevant working experience.
  • MBA and industrial engineering are a plus
  • Mastery in data analysis and visualization skills.
  • Proven experience in building business cases.
  • Proven experience in product testing.
  • Knowledge of marketing and media industry metrics and systems, including digital media and web analytics (e.g., DFP, DCM, Web Analytics).
  • Knowledge of Online Marketing, an advantage, or willingness and ability to learn quickly.
  • Ability to present analytical projects to a non-analytical audience.
