Responsibilities:
- Design and review the processes of the team and operational procedures to ensure thay are working correctly and provide improvement suggestions.
- Identify opportunities for automating work processes and enhancing team efficiency.
- Cleaning, analyzing, completing, and storing data and vendors information in the fraud project, and reviewing the performance of experts.
- Monitoring and controlling the accuracy of data recorded in the performance reviewing project.
- Providing feedback file.
- Designing and producing the required reports and various dashboards with the aim of real-time monitoring of the performance status of projects and people
- Coordination with other parts of the team and other teams of the organization with the aim of advancing programs and creating better outputs for the organization
- Creating and maintaining reporting tools.
Requirements:
- Familiarity with project management
- Familiarity with data mining
- Full ability in data analysis and reporting
- Familiarity with Excel and Google Sheets
