Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences and industry trends, using the data to optimize campaigns.
- Create, curate, and optimize engaging content for different digital platforms, including website, blogs, social media, and email campaigns.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant channels.
- Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to achieve optimal results within budget constraints.
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and maintain communication with existing customers.
- Monitor email metrics, such as open rates and click-through rates, to optimize campaign performance.
- Utilize digital analytics tools to track and analyze the performance of various marketing initiatives.
- Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Job Requrements:
- At least 2 years of proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or in a similar role.
- Candidates with work experience in Digital Marketing agencies and similar companies are preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related fields
- In-depth knowledge of various digital marketing channels, strategies, and best practices.
- Familiarity with paid advertising, email marketing, social media marketing, and content marketing.
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management tools, email marketing software, etc.).
