Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), Generate reports on metrics and provide actionable insights to management for decision-making and process improvements.
  • Track, analyze and Compile regular reports of performance and results and document them.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for sales performance deviations from the targets.
  • Develop different types of dashboards for monitoring team performances.
  • Analyze and provide valuable insights about targeting and bonus models of sales teams.
  • Determine monthly sales target.
  • Determine monthly and seasonally bonus payments of sales agents.
  • Design and follow up  lead collection projects.
  • Working closely with other related teams in order to obtain the best results.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in data analytics tools, such as Excel,Google Sheets and SQL.
  • Familiarity with  data visualization techniques and data visualization tools such as PowerBI and Tableau is preferred. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Data- Driven and result oriented skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Solid documentation and presentation skills.
