Responsibilities:

Develop and implement data-driven growth strategies aligned with company objectives

Lead cross-functional teams in Performance Marketing, CRM, Product Growth, and Data Analytics

Design and execute A/B tests and growth experiments across the funnel (acquisition, activation, retention, monetization)

Analyze user behavior, conversion funnels, and drop-off points to identify improvement opportunities

Collaborate with Product team to develop growth features (referral systems, gamification, personalization, etc.)

Manage and optimize 360° growth campaigns with a strong focus on ROI

Track key growth metrics (CAC, LTV, Retention Rate, Conversion Rate) and report progress to leadership

Hire, lead, mentor and grow a high-performing growth team
Requirements:

8+ years of experience in Growth, Marketing, Product or Business Development roles

Proven success leading growth initiatives in tech, e-commerce, or startup environments

Strong understanding of growth metrics (CAC, LTV, Churn, Retention, Conversion)

Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Looker, Power BI)

Data-driven mindset and strong analytical skills

Ability to lead cross-functional teams and execute across departments
