Responsibilities
- Perform quality control (QC) on Vendor Excellence operational processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Monitor SLA compliance across Vendor Excellence processes and provide regular reporting.
- Calculate and analyze conversion rates across workflow statuses for defined processes.
- Measure and assess process effectiveness to drive efficiency improvements.
- Collaborate with the Operations team to review input flows and conduct capacity assessments.
- Provide accurate capacity updates to the Operations team based on analytical findings.
- Monitor and measure Average Handling Time (AHT) for operational issues.
- Support and drive segment-based improvement projects within the Vendor Excellence team.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Operational mindset and practical experience in process-oriented environments.
- Familiarity with T-SQL for data extraction and analysis.
- Basic knowledge of Python for data analysis and simple automation.
- Solid understanding of operational processes and ability to design and interpret workflows.
