Responsibilities:
• Lead and mentor the data analytics team, ensuring effective task prioritization and project execution.
• Define the team’s analytics strategy, aligning data initiatives with business goals.
• Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making within the organization.
• Oversee the development of predictive models, machine learning applications, and trend analyses.
• Guide the team in designing dashboards and automated reporting solutions.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality in all data outputs and insights.
• Work closely with business units to identify data-driven opportunities for process improvements.
• Partner with IT and data engineering teams to enhance data infrastructure and accessibility.
• Present complex data findings in a clear and actionable format to leadership.
• Identify opportunities for workflow automation and AI-driven analytics.
• Optimize data pipelines and reporting processes to reduce manual efforts.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or predictive modeling.
• Strong expertise in SQL, Python, R, or other analytics tools.
• Experience with data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Knowledge of machine learning concepts and automation techniques.
