Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments across business units to identify potential operational, financial, and strategic risks.
- Analyze data, trends, and key risk indicators (KRIs) to forecast potential issues and measure risk exposure.
- Prepare risk reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management and the Board of Directors.
- Assist in developing business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
- Monitor emerging risks, including cyber, and operational risks, and assess their potential impact on the organization.
- Participate in internal audits, risk workshops, and training sessions to foster a risk-aware culture.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Risk Management, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in risk analysis, internal audit, compliance, or financial analysis.
- FRM, CRM, CPA, CFA, or equivalent professional certifications are plus.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and MySQL.
- Understanding of risk assessment methodologies and frameworks (e.g., ISO 31000, COSO).
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Collaborative mindset with strong stakeholder management abilities.
