Responsibilities:

Create designs, concepts, and sample layouts based on aesthetic design principles and company branding standards.

Develop graphics and layouts for HR announcements, posters, newsletters, and portal features.

Ensure all HR communication materials maintain consistency in logo usage, colors, and typography.

Design visual assets for recruitment campaigns, employee engagement initiatives, and internal HR events.

Provide creative direction and design expertise to HR teams on branding and communication strategies.

Work closely with HR teams to understand design requirements and translate them into visually appealing content.

Serve as an in-house consultant for HR on the most effective use of graphic design in internal communications.

Design and edit visual content for internal portals and social media recruitment campaigns.

Utilize graphic software to create infographics and presentation materials to enhance HR messaging.
Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia, or a related field & Certifications in digital media, animation, or branding are a plus.

Minimum 1 year of experience in graphic design, preferably in HR, employer branding, or corporate communications & Experience working with internal communication teams or HR departments is a plus.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).

Strong understanding of typography, color theory, branding, and layout design.

Experience in creating multimedia content, animations, and short videos.

Familiarity with UI/UX principles and basic web design (Figma, Sketch, or similar tools is a plus).

Knowledge of digital and print production processes.

Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
