Responsibilities:
- Collecting, analyzing and interpreting HR data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform HR strategies and decisions.
- Developing and maintaining HR analytics dashboards and reports.
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements and automation to streamline HR data collection, reporting, and analysis processes.
- Conducting statistical analysis and data modeling to identify and analyze patterns and trends in HR data, such as turnover rates, workforce demographics, performance metrics, and other key HR metrics.
- Collaborating with HR business partners and other stakeholders and cross-functional teams, such as IT and finance, to integrate HR data with other business data sources and systems to identify data needs, define data requirements, and develop data collection and reporting processes to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Provide HR data-driven insights and recommendations to support HR policies, programs, and initiatives, such as workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and compensation analysis.
- Staying up-to-date with industry best practices, emerging trends, and advancements in HR analytics, data management, and technology to continuously enhance HR data analytics capabilities.
- Providing training and supporting HR team members and other stakeholders on HR data analytics tools, techniques, and best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Statistics, Data Science, Industrial engineering or a related field
- Master’s degree or MBA (Master of Business Administration) is a plus
- At least 2 years experience in data analysis
- Experience in HR field is a plus.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for data manipulation, analysis, and reporting purposes.
- Strong proficiency in Python for data manipulation and analysis tasks.
- Advanced knowledge of SQL queries for querying and extracting data from databases.
- Deep understanding of database concepts and principles for data management and analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent English language skills
