Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure the effective delivery of technology services.
- Collaborate with Internet Service providers via tickets or phone.
- Conduct regular technology assessments and make recommendations for improvements.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
- Partner closely with our product, Technical and Financial team to deliver issues.
- Document Issues and Process.
Qualifications:
- +5 years of experience in a technology operations role.
- Technical knowledge and experience with infrastructure technologies.
- Experience work with Linux and Microsoft operation systems also as client.
- Experience with help desk concepts.
- Familiar with VPN solutions and MFA authentication mechanism.
- Familiar with maintenance data center hardware and servers.
- Familiar with virtualization concepts.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple issues simultaneously.
