Responsibilities:
· Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data to identify performance trends and improvement opportunities.
· Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide visibility into key business metrics.
· Conduct root cause analysis on operational challenges and recommend data-driven solutions.
· Support ad-hoc reporting needs for urgent business inquiries and troubleshooting.
· Assist in identifying inefficiencies in workflows and propose process enhancements.
· Support initiatives aimed at improving service quality, customer experience, and operational efficiency.
· Work with automation teams to streamline repetitive tasks and improve productivity.
· Work closely with the Business Insight Supervisor to align insights with business goals.
· Collaborate with process analysts, data teams, and operational managers to drive improvements.
· Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Operations Management, or a related field.
· 2+ years of experience in business analysis, reporting, or process improvement.
· Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools (Power BI, Excel, SQL preferred).
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
· Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
