Responsibilities:

Develop and own the overarching strategy for internal and external communications, from leadership messaging and internal newsletters to strategic press releases. 
- 
Lead the design and implementation of sophisticated methods to measure the ROI of employer branding activities and present strategic recommendations to senior leadership. 
- 
Take ownership of shaping, executing, and evolving the company’s Employee Value Proposition (EVP) through leading cross-functional projects. 
- 
Strategically identify, build, and manage relationships with key internal and external partners (e.g., universities, industry influencers) to amplify our employer brand. 
- 
Serve as a key consultant for the Talent Acquisition team, guiding them on recruitment marketing and leveraging the EVP to attract top-tier candidates. 
- 
Design, lead, and measure the impact of high-level initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention. 
- 
Act as a custodian of the organizational culture by leading initiatives that embed company values and enhance the employee development journey. 
- 
Innovate the onboarding experience and partner with L&D to develop programs that enhance employee skills and promote internal mobility. 
- Planning & Designing internal events and holding it.
Requirements:
- 
Bachelor’s degree or MBA in HR, Marketing, Communication, or a related field. 
- 
Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in employer branding, internal communications, or people experience. 
- 
A proven track record of developing and executing successful, data-driven strategies for employer branding and employee engagement that have delivered measurable business impact. 
- 
Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional projects from ideation to completion. 
- 
Exceptional storytelling and copywriting skills to craft compelling narratives for a variety of audiences and channels. 
- 
Advanced proficiency in leveraging HRIS and data analytics tools to generate insights, measure program effectiveness, and inform strategic decisions. 
- 
Strategic project management skills with the ability to lead complex initiatives, manage multiple stakeholders, and deliver results. 
- 
Deep expertise in digital communication, social media platforms, and recruitment marketing trends. 
- 
Demonstrated ability to think strategically and innovatively to enhance the employee experience. 
- 
Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills to foster collaboration and drive decision-making across all levels of the organization. 
- 
Advanced problem-solving capabilities to identify and address complex organizational issues with effective, scalable solutions.
